The ManBox ships out every month between the 21st and 25th. All orders made before the 21st of any month will ship out between the 21st and 25th; all orders made between the 21st and 30th (cutoff window) will ship out the following month.
Our team is dedicated to creating the best experience and value for our members. Each month you can expect to find 4-5 different items in your box. The types of items range from men's essentials to survival/tactical gadgets. Every ManBox will be curated with value in mind to make sure each box you receive is well worth it!
You will be charged on the first day you sign up and on the first day of every month afterwards.
All ManBox orders are shipped between the 21st and 25th of each month.
The ManBox has a cutoff window between the 21st and 30th of any given month. If you order your first ManBox in this cutoff window you will not receive your box until we ship on the following month.
Example: If you sign up between the 1st and 20th of May, your next rebill date will be on the 1st of June; If you sign up between the 21st and 30th of April you will not be charged again until July 1st!
You will never be billed twice within the same month.
Shipping is FREE for all ManBox subscriptions.
For the time being, The ManBox is only available for purchase to residents of the United States and Canada.
If a product is damaged or missing, please contact us for help and include photo evidence of the damages. We will be sure to find you a solution for any missing or damaged items.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You must cancel before your rebill date on any given month to ensure you are not billed for a new month. If you cancel or request a cancelation after billing occurs, we are unable to provide a refund or cancel your order. However, you will still be able to cancel your account.
